Can i get a follower to wear different clothes?

Only if the new clothes have enough DT to make it "worth their while" so to speak. Really bad system...

High DT, they will definatly wear stuff like power armor and combat armor. Just look for stuff with high DT

Companions can't wear power armor.......
at least not on my fallouts.

Oh yes they can, they can wear APA MK2, t-51b and t-45d just make sure it isn't brotherhood armor sense they won't wear faction armor...

This. they can't wear faction armor thats not apart of there faction. So Veronica can wear BoS PA Boone can wear NCR armor.
