Favorite scenic view in NV

I was on my 3rd playthrough when I came out of Brewer's Beer Bootlegging....I usually travel straight between the ridge and hill but this time I climbed the ridge to my left and followed it to the end and BAM--right there was the strip in all of it's glory with the Lucky 38, Gomorrah, the Tops and the Ultraluxe all lit up in the night...I don't think I've seen a better view of the strip than this ...I tuned on the radio and listened to a few tunes while staring at it.......What are your most memorable viewpoints of ANY location throughout the game? Please try to be specific because I will try and find those places and check it out for myself...and that is no lie!!

Come to think of it, I can't recall having one of those moments—unlike coming out of the vault in FO3.

The first one that got me was the view from the hills to the east of Goodsprings when it suddenly hit me how big the game world was.

I need to tweak the fade settings to get a bit of detail into the middle distance.

The view from the top of Helios One is not to be missed. Nearby you can see Dinky and there's a 360 degree view for a long way. :)

Spoiler
The view gets better when the NCR on the ground start to explode

My favourite though is probably the area around Jacobstown, really like how it looks. Snow capped mountains, some nice pine trees, bighorners all around. Cazadores seem to ruin it though :(

I like a nice up-close view of the Lucky 38, at night. Probably from on the strip. Or maybe the Gomorrah sign, up against the sky when it turns a rich purplish-blue around sunrise. Or maybe the mountains of Jacobstown, with the blue sky and all the pines. It depends on my mood, really.

There's a lot of moments I've had but most of them come from mods in particular and their settings. One of my favorites off of the top of my head would be http://newvegasnexus.com/imageshare/images/2237717-1301104691.jpg.

If it's a place or time in particular.. I'm inclined to say Jacobstown just because of it's dramatic difference in setting from the rest of the world. Also, if you can get the timing right, you get the sun to just be lurking above the ruined overpass and get a nice view of it down the road from Fields' Shack at the top of the map.
