I'm live in Russia and I can't log in to "Games for Windows - Live" by Fallout 3. I want to earn achievements.
My friend said that "Games for Windows - Live" will be able to work if I download: Patch v.1.1.0.35 (US)
So, where can I download this patch and will my main menu re-translated to English language?

You can try to look at the http://fallout.gamesas.com/rus/home/home.php? Strangely, the only Russian patch on nexus is http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4647, but I don't know what it contains. Finally, you could try to google it.

Edit: It may also be worth it to contact Bethesda's customer support?
