@Andius, that is what the Vault says but I refuse to believe that the Enclave produced an entirely new fleet at Raven Rock, they are not refered to as different and are merely artistic licence in my opinoin.

I agree that Vertibirds were pre-war and stashed away in Fallout 3. Not built by the Enclave.
I would put it down to "incorrect infomation as it is a public display." Or that was a different type that may look the same but inside its different.
Ones at Raven Rock could possibly be retrofitted older types. Still artistic licence seems to be a better things. Less confusing and less headaches, after all Bethesda changed how pretty much everything looks.
