DLC not working!

I downloaded this DLC today and it won't even work! I've spend hours trying to get it to work and I really have no clue what to do. I really want to reclaim Ostagar, I really do, but this DLC svcks. I hate you, Bioware.

Yes, but Ostagar and Bioware haven't a thing to do with Fallout 3.

Maybe you just aren't far enough in the game to get to Ostagar. You get to Ostagar after your Origin story.
