It would appear that Avellone's in a bit of a bind: His hands are a bit too full of these black New Vegas t-shirts you see.

And his twitter followers, like the little devils they are, suggested a small contest to get the shirt. Here it is from his twitter:

ChrisAvellone ~24hrs: Design a brand-new FNV perk, stats, name, etc. tweet it to me by noon April 1, best one gets a black Fallout New Vegas shirt. #FNV

Presumbly the winner/s get their idea considered for one of the upcomming DLCs if not the next one. Or could be stowed away by Bethesda/In the next Fallout. Bets on being in one of the DLC though.

You'd think that. Doesn't seem like a joke though

A perk contest for a simple shirt with a game logo on it for an April Fool's joke would be pretty lame.

On the other hand that Shinji Mikami doll thing on the BethBlog......Almost got me.
