I didn't say that. .The most expensive version of MW2, the "Prestige Edition", came in a metal case, with an art book, a code to unlock a bonus copy of COD1, a pair of night vision goggles to wear, and a model of the main character. Meanwhile, the Crysis 2 Nano Edition has...
...a metal case, an art book, a code to unlock bonus ingame things, a backpack to wear, a model of the main character, some ingame stuff, and a dogtag.
Now, I really don't think it's a coincidence that those are similar. Crytek have seen what a rival company did, copied it, and improved upon it. Nothing wrong with that, but you know what they say: imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. If Crytek are taking ideas from a game, that means that said game is successful in their opinion.[/quote]
True the packaging is similar, I was on the dumba$$ list that got the prestige Edition of MW2 based off my opinion of MW1 and to support Infinityward. I will be getting the collectors edition of Crysis 2 to support Crytecs launch onto the consoles, still deciding PS3 or 360.
No offense intended I hate MW2, the short story, graphics barely updated, the camping (i know its a part of gaming but MW2 is beyond tolerable), entire opposing team using noob toobs and I mean everyone (looked like a carpet bob hitting us every time we say them huddled together), and the boosting was in almost every deathmatch I got into. And again I blame Activision, believe they pushed infintyward to rush it out because they knew it would sell.
