How can we help,neither crytek knows whats the problem.Matchmaking is always problem in games.

Yeah, I've been gettin that ever since the latest patch, that or the countdown freezes on 1....and yet everyone else is in the match, I can still talk to them, yet still not joined....
Secondly:
Seperate to that also, why the hell does it split up your squad of six friends into 2 separate teams instead of waiting for another 6 players?
If the game says make a squad and play with your friends, why does it split them up?
Matchmaking gone drunnk?
