The Chosen One's Journal

Marcus should've given the player a journal written by the Chosen One that sets much of the canon for FO2.

Would have been better if he had just actually told us a little more, he was in the game for fan service so you would think he would have had more dialogue than he did.

Would have been good to learn more from Marcus. Maybe Bethesda told them not to, after all Bethesda likes not having canon, leaving everything open. That or the Devs did not want to overload people new to Fallout with information from the orginals. There are still DLC where we can learn stuff.

Yeah, it's a missed opportunity. I also wish his face was more wrinkly and square-like, but it's easily forgiveable :disguise:

Well, at least we know it's canon that the Chosen One did certain things. His actions with NCR, New Reno, Modoc, etc. are confirmed. There are plenty more, but yeah.

I'm happy enough with what Marcus said to the Courier about his older days.

I'd rather it be open ended and explained later in DLC, then constricted by canon.
