Why can't on hardcoe the player has to use the bathroom?
I think it'd be great that every _ hours you have to use a urinal or toilet and if you don't you pee yourself and get -1 chrisma and the title nane piss pants and less often you have to poop and if you don't you get - 2 chrisma and -1 agility with the title poo pants

but if you wear power armor you don't have to use the bathroom

Because that just makes the game tedious and its hardcoe Mode not realism mode.

That wouldn't be fun imo, just a pain in the ASS.
