I placed a Crysis 2 Pre-order through EA Store, I got the confirmation/bill email but as of this message, it is March 22 around 11:13am EST.

I have not received any other emails regarding the Pre-Order.

Here is my info:

1. I have checked my EA Downloader and nothing shows up there.

2. I have checked the "Orders & Billing" section at https://www.ea.com/profile/orders-and-billing and there are no Pending, Current or Past Orders in there either.

3. Also I checked my credit card statement (checked the last 90 days purchases) and I dont see anything in the purchase history (yet) related to Crysis 2 (checked for Electronic Arts and also by game price). I always have enough money in my card for purchases so I know the payment went through; I also checked my funds before making the purchase as to avoid overcharges too, so I am certain I had money to buy the game. I know the money was deducted that same day though because I knew what I had and then my credit went down on that same day I purchased the game (March 5th).

4. Went out for dinner last night and now my Credit Card is low on funds, so I really hope they dont decide to charge my card (in case they didnt before) now because I do not have the funds for the game and will lose my Pre-Order bonuses.

5. I bought the game for PC Download too.

Please check my order or what is going on, if you can.

Some websites are showing still a few hours for release (3pm EST I think). This website, earlier, was showing me 2 days and a few hours and in another website (official one but forgot which) had the game's release date 3/23/2011 ... lol.

I know there is craziness going around here in the forum already but hey, it's worth a shot.

Im in the same boat. I have no current, past or pending orders. I did get the same e-mail you did after purchasing from the EA Store. Im from the UK.

EDIT: Ive been in contact with my card company and they said there are no funds that have been paid to EA and there have been no payments for ￡34.99. There are also no funds on hold for either of these.

I then got in touch with EA Customer Service who told me my order is in their systems and confirmed but they have not yet requested payment for it. They told me I would be charged on the 24th of March (game released 25th of March for the UK).

Perhaps they tried to charge your card during a time in which you didnt have enough funds for the transaction.

I am going to be extremely annoyed if the 25th of March comes and im stuck spending the day chasing up EA to get a hold of something I ordered over a month ago. This is certainly my last (and first) purchase from the EA Store.
