Yeah it really should have, at least the AA settings, some people don't like blurry AA Crytek...

has anyone tested this is this legit? if so how does it work? is it good enough to not wait on a "offical patch"? reason i ask is im dying to play this game and if i can verify it works im re-installing!!!

It works for me, Steam version Win 7 64bit.
