i dont know why, i just stoped playing crysis 2 online for 4 day and when i come back. My char is gone. Helpppppp

Any idea please, my account is just like reset to 0, when i stopped, i am at lv19.
1 thing strange is, my custom class still there with skills and equipments(just reached to lv 8 and i can use faline and some armor's skill lv6+). I just talked to a support but she tell me everything seem right on my account.
