Law Suit

I believe Bethesda would have a potential law suit on their hands if they don't fix the bugs and glitches in the PS3 game of the year edition of Fallout 3, the game does not work as intended and crashes for the majority of people on a common basis.

Thoughts on this law suit idea ?

Are you really asking us, the people that hang around on the gamesas forums, how we could sue Bethesda? And over a buggy game?

There are no grounds for a lawsuit there.

To be blunt, yes I am asking you the people who lurk on the Bethesda Forums. Its not that its just a buggy game, the fact is the bugs that do exist are game breaking and stop users from getting what they paid for, a functional game. I bet Bethesda could fix these problems with a patch and thus far they haven't tried.

Key words: Broken. Product.

Maybe you should email Bethesda then rather than asking a bunch of people who are unlikely to have any legal experience...

It seems to me you are petitioning for a law suit. Petitions are not permitted on these forums.
