It's been four days I try to get Broken Steel to work on my ps3. I never get the "Broken Steel activated, level raised to 30" message. I waited a loooooong time to get it to trigger... so I tried everything. I deleted/redownloaded/reinstalled the DLC multiple time. I deleted Fallout 3 game data multiple time with or without deleted/redownloaded/reinstalled the DLC. I never got the uncap message to trigger.

I finally tried a last thing, my language is set to French, so my games are installed in french. I tried to change the language to English, and voilà... The broken steel activate in less than 30 seconds... I tested again in french, with same savegame before activation... no go... 20 minutes and no message... I tested again in english, with same savegame, bingo, activated in less than 30 seconds again. I cannot use the samegame created AFTER the activation made in english while the game is in french, say that I don't have the content.

My game is BLUS-30234 GH and the DLC downloaded was for that code indeed. DLC labeled "French Version". I'm from Canada.

Did you buy the english or french version of the dlc? So is your problem fixed?

The DLC is bilingual (but labeled French Edition on canadian ps store). The problem is not fixed but I can play it in english. The DLC does not activate when I play in french.
