Item Storage

Hi guys, I like New Vegas, and have beat it 2 time, along with Dead Money. I'm sure the developers have a lot on their hands, so I'm not trying to be a bother. I've found in playing through New Vegas that you get a lot of items in your inventory that you can't remove. For obvious reason these items, which are quest related, can't be discarded. They take up unnecessary room and clutter up the inventory, which can be a bit annoying, especially if they have weight. I know that it's necessary to keep certain items with you so that quests can be completed, but many items remain in inventory afterwards. This happens with a few weapons and armor items, which makes me not do certain quests, so that I don't have to have my inventory cluttered up. I appreciate the fix that was incorporated with the cards (from the way it was at launch), where they no long show up individually, but as a group. I was wondering if a "rucksack" and "satchel/briefcase" could be added also. A rucksack to store items, and a briefcase/satchel to store used data cards or other key-like items. I like the key ring, would it be possible to have that for other items please? I know it sounds moderately vague with the items, but I didn't want to ruin and quests by giving out the names of specific quest-related items. Thanks for spending time reading this.

I think its a gerat idea to have those, but I higly doubt obsidian/bethesda cares...

As long as they are getting money and good reviews, they won't do much else. Personally, I really like fallout NV, so I really hope Bethesda/obsidian is one of those companies that rely alot on users ideas.

If you're on PC you can remove items with console commands, but that's far from ideal :(
