So, with my first character "Jack," I decided to blow up Megaton and now I live in Tenpenny Tower. With my second character "Moira," (Yeah, after the crazy chick Moira Brown), I disabled the bomb, told the Mayor/Sheriff guy of Mr. Burton's diabolical plan. (I think his name is Mr. Burton or something, you guys should know) The sheriff and the other guy fought and the sheriff died and I killed the Mr. Burton guy. The sheriff's son gave me the key to a Megaton house. Later, I went to Tenpenny Tower to do the quest with the ghouls. I finished it, and all the ghouls live in Tenpenny Tower.

one option is to just move into mr tenpennys room, the sink has 0 rads and there's storage. if you need a bed just use a bed somewhere else or go to the doc and have him fix you up.

there is a way go to mr tennpennys chair where he snipes out people and there is a door outside your suite and it is open i moved in there and you can sleep and store things and the robot butler
