highly doubt this will come with the origional game, maybe mods later.

the guy who designs these does work at Crytek, but Im pretty sure he designed these separate from Crytek, but I dont think we have seen all the possible guns that will be in crysis 2 from the vids, so they all have potentual

Those guns would be amazing in Crysis 2, something in me doubt they will be though. Not that it matters, from what I've seen of the Grendel, SCARAB, Jackal, and even the L-TAG, the arsenal in C2 is already badass.
