Take it easy on me, this is the first time I've ever written and app and published it.

Anyways in response to the lack of graphics options that Crysis 2 has, I've decided to write my own application that does it. A lot of basic stuff is there as well as some AA settings, motion blur settings, and some control settings. The program will create a autoexe.cfg file in your root Crysis 2 folder for you. If you have one made already, please delete it before running this app. Every option you would have added should be in this ap.

Please note the program is in beta and not the best tested program I've ever made. So there will be some bugs.

Anyways requirements:
Crysis 2
.Net 2.0 or higher
Windows XP, Vista, or 7

Basic instructions:
Unzip the .exe file.
Run the .exe file.
Delete any previous autoexe.cfgs you have created. The program will crash now (it's a "Feature")

Remember to remove any target line parameters you may have put in a Crysis 2 shortcut. They'll override the autoexe.cfg

Simple as that. (hopefully)

I've only tested it on a Windows 7 64bit platform with a Steam copy of the game. I know that works. Anything else is a gamble right now.

Hopefully this works for everybody. I'll be putting out more versions as more cvars are find to work and any bugs I missed are hammered out.

EDIT: Second version out. Hopefully this will allow you to choose your game path if it doesn't autodetect.

How do i get this to work? Does it create a cfg for me?


It shows NO autoexe.cfg found. Default Settings loaded. Does that mean it didn't work or what?

Cuz i still see bloom and blur.

Was i suppose to make a auto config then use that program to apply it?

Hope i am not missing something here..

BUT.. it did work however cuz the toggle aim worked. THANK YOU for that but i still see BLOOM. How disable and Motion Blur is still there.

Is Radial Blur suppose to be unchecked?

Although I am not really happy, but I am wondering if its AVG's fault for causing my failure to be able to play this game. I got to play once, and from what I got to play, it was a really fun game I don't even care about DX11, I just want my game to work T_T (And this is coming from a guy that has a GTX 560 Ti too...)

AVG is just showing you a false alert. You really should get rid of AVG. It has too much problems nowdays. I used to have those years ago and now i'm sticking with MSE cuz it works much better.

Great . This is an amazing piece of work. How come that the community can create so fast such amazing tools while devs fail . The PC users are different and should have the possibility to tweak their game... Anyway thanks for the app it's really great and I'm looking forward for the 1.3 release .

what is the camara debug mode and whats a good setting for field of vison and what is the diffrence with all the types of AAA , by the way that is amazing what you did it works perfect just trying to figure out whats the best settings I can run everything in your software on max no problem I run a gtx 470 q9550 OC @ 3.40 and win 7 64 bit.
