Of course they're not, but them coming to power would be detrimental to the BoS's efforts, seeing as they don't care for technology at all. Also, don't you think the BoS would have loved to get their hands on a certain Securitron army; the same army that Caesar wants to destroy? And sorry if you wanted me to PM you first, but it's far more convenient to post our ideas here. Does it really matter so much if our ideas get your "stamp of approval"?

Yeah, although he should have P.Med you I do suppose BEFORE the battle of Hoover Dam the Legion would get some power with Hope and McCarran gone...

After the attack on Camp McCarren, an NCR Ranger succeeded in finding the BoS Safehouse where he stole valuable blueprints from a paladin who was in the area. You must steal back the blueprints from the Quartermaster at Hoover Dam before he presents the findings to Colonel Moore, and also retrieve the Chinese Stealth Armour from the irradiated room inside the dam to assist the BoS in gathering Pre-War technology for the future of mankind.
