So I install the game and the update. When i double click the icon my loading wheel next to my arrow spins like its loading the game but the game never loads. I called customer support and they have no clue. I installed the latest drivers for my video card and reinstalled the game. I also disabled all startup programs thinking maybe something else was making it not work. No luck. I'm considering just taking it back to get a refund. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
