The Warmonger Perk

Post » Sat Apr 02, 2011 3:29 am

Apparently in http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Warmonger article, the warmonger perk is "broken" and we need at least one schematic for it to be effective, although I've read in several guides this is not the case so the question is: is it or is it not true that you need the warmonger perk for it to count as three schematics and not one.

EDIT: I'm playing on Xbox if that helps.

Well, it seemed to work fine for me, and I'm on 360, too. I had most of the schematics already at V1, but I didn't have the Nuka Grenade one and the perk gave me the v3 version.

Just make a save before taking the perk, and if it doesn't work properly, reload.

so if you have no schematics you get V3 of all the schems or do i need at least 1 of eevry schem to get V3 of all the schems

From my experience, you could have none of the schematics and with the perk, get V3 for all of them.

As I mentioned earlier: if in doubt, make a save. :)

My experience has been that for the Bottlecap Mines and Nuka Grenades you get v3 schematics regardless of whether or not you have found any already, but for the rest of them you get v1 schematics if you don't already have one of that type or v3 if you do already have one.

I think that a lot of the high-level perks are pretty much broken anyway. I'd rather just have more than one of the ones you get at L20.

there not all broken some of em could prove usefull but pretty much teh main games perks = most usefull soem so usefull makes BS perks rather useless by time you get em
