"Apparently", the game has a 5 activation limit similar to that spore BS. However, it isn't displayed on the steam page at all.

This means they placed DRM in the product without letting the consumer know on the product page before purchase. I saw a thread about suing EA or Crytek for this and that. Well, EA has in fact been sued over the spore DRM in the past:

I am not necessarily suggesting everyone jump on that bandwagon, but this news is rather disappointing as I wasn't expecting the game to have such restrictive DRM in it...
