I didnt even know you could use tin cans for that quest until I read the wiki just now.

That perk is completely pointless, and I question the sanity of anybody that actually tries to use after finding out what it does.

Broc Flower cave also has tin cans. it also has the unique Ratslayer Varmint rifle. :bolt:

I think they are eluding to the fact that ammo is prevalant in NV and wasting a perk to get MORE ammo is kinda pointless.
