If I am "Accepted" by the Legion, the Centurion armor puts me down to Neutral. However, without the Centurion Armor, if I was 1 like point away from being "Liked", but earned that rep point while wearing the Centurion Armor, will I be "Liked" if I take the armor off? As of habit, I never wear Faction armor when I'm about to receive rep because I'm scared it will end up wasted.

That s a very good question and I just don t know. I don t ever wear any faction armour. It may say in the book, or you ll have to wait for someone who does know.

I remember it tells you first time you put some on, but I don t remember what it said. I just know it didn t like it.

I think it still does I think I was hated and had to wear ncr armor and made it to shunned

Bump. Does anyone have a solid answer? I heard the Black Armor was bugged and any rep gained through it is lost when taken off, but is it just that armor or is it more?

I was unaware that it had any effect but then again I only wear faction armor when I want to get up close and personal to a few Legion goons with my trusty revolver. :flamethrower:

IMO there are too many potential bugs with faction armor 'disguises' - like having all your reps reset to neutral permanently (white glove society) - and I avoid wearing them at all. Sure it may not happen often, or ever, for most, but better safe than sorry..

Crimson: I think I had that happen to me once, shame. Whenever I play on PC, I disable faction armor abilities on any faction armor for reasons like that.

Yeah, I pretty much never wear Faction armor either. If there's a faction that doesn't like me, I kill them.
