by yew's charm i mean the trinket misc she gives you for helping Oasis with out setting it a blaze ....

since ive beaten teh pitt and now i have aside quest to collect a certain misc yew's charm happens to be that certain type of misc but its a unique misc (gives bonus to stats and is uniquely named (also how much of that type of misc is there?)

any way since its a certain kind of misc the kind i can sell to teh pitt for caps can i actually sell thisitem to the pitt ?

I am pretty sure they won't give you a better deal nor will they take it or not. Keep it, its special. That little girl gave you her charm, you'd be a jerk for selling it.

No, it's in Arefu. I forget which one is in the Bethesda Ruins, but it's not Lockpick. IIRC, it's one of the stat bobbleheads, rather than a skill one.

arefu has the repair bobblehead, bethesda ruins its the lockpick bobblehead as far as getting through that door, you really need 3 keys, one from dave at the republic of dave, and thats pretty far from megaton, one is from dukov at dukov's place and the other is from ted strayer, his "special key" he's at rivet city, you'll find him cruising around but if you go to the common room and use the wait function, he is always in that room late at night. but once you have those 3 keys you will be able to get through all the doors you need to get to in order to get all the loot down there,and there's a good amount of stuff down there.

So it is. I guess I was confused thinking about how you had to pick Evan King's lock in order to get into his home. Not that it matters to me anymore, I'm using a randomized Bobblehead mod now.
