Falcon Punch: Critical strikes with unarmed attacks send enemies flying.
Inside-cooking: Raw materials for food recipes heal more and satisfy hunger better.
Bullseye on Back: Trouble is drawn to you and you know it. It's harder for you to sneak but you gain +3 DT. (Trait) (Doesn't decrease sneak skill directly. Affects same as heavy armor.)

And of course, the old version of Sniper.

Wow... Really hard to take most of these seriously.

Might as well just have :

Console - no prereqs
You can now input console commands on the PS or XBox versions of the game. This will allow you to spawn any item in unlimited quantities, kill and resurrect NPCs, and otherwise destroy any semblance of balance or control in the game world.

And for real suggestions. Id honestly just like more "or" in the current perks. Like Slayer, SuperSlam and Piercing Strike... They should require unarmed OR melee to qualify. Pumping up a stat you'll never use (other than for the perk) is kinda lame.

I would like to see more stealth melee perks. Highlighting an assassin style. Perhaps

Super-stealth-boy/girl: (possibly an implant)
You are a creature of the shadows, to remain unseen is the only option. While sneaking, when spotted you automatically emit a personal stealth field equivalent to Stealth Boy technology. This effect lasts for 10 seconds, and can only be triggered once per minute.

Precision strike:
When attacking from stealth, a melee or unarmed weapon with a Str requirement of 3 or lower will grant bonus effects. Bladed: triple the normal crit strike damage. Blunt: extreme fatigue damage (note: or whatever multiplier works... Concept being, you should easily drop a human with a well placed knife or bludgeon from stealth)


Dual wield:
Any melee weapon with Str requirement under 5 can be equipped in either hand. Str requirements are cumulative (to proplerly handle 2 combat knifes would require Str 6... 3 each)

And a few perks to cut down the more annoying aspects of the game (IMO)

Hand loader extraordinarre. - requires Hand Loader

So adept are you at working the reloading bench, that you no longer even need the bench. You can breakdown and repack ammo anytime, anywhere.


Boyscout - survival 25
You've mastered the art if rubbing sticks together. You can now make fire! Campfires created this way won't last long, so get to cooking.

A third could be added for workbench, but we've got Veronica for that already ;)
