Some people are. Usually it's related to your childhood, and how your parents behaved, and what memes you picked up along the way. Maybe he grew up in a tribal village, who knows? He is obviously a bit crazy, and that doesn't help matters much.

The only stuff he gets right is the stuff he actually sees himself, anything he doesn't see, any second-hand information even if it's true, like being told there are Ghouls at REPCONN, it's a conspiracy, or nonsense, and he makes his own stuff up. Heh ha. He's an honest idiot. :D

I don't think hes mentally changed if you think about it that way hes more like a dooms day prophet the way he acts, hes always looking to make a meaning of something see where im getting at.

I think he's like a new age jehovas witness. You should be polite and friendly and back away ASAP..

I loved No Bark the first time I talked to him. Laughed my ass off for like 5 minutes straight.

And careful with the real world religion, discussion isn't alowed on the forums. Well it is but it isn't, safer just not to talk about it at all.

Good advice - though it'll be hard to keep things PC when there's a dlc focused on mormons...

It's a mystery where gets the caps to lose on Caravan.

Salvage? Do Geckos really have that much treasure? Does he have a secret job on the Strip where bored NCR housewives stuff his pouch with caps when he... never mind.

Heh ha. S'the perfect religion to drop directly into Fallout. You don't need to generate funny material. It takes no effort at all as a writer to just use an actual, real-life, pretty hilarious religion with so much comedic genius behind it. Good design choice. DA:O's half-assed attempt at broaching a religious debate was dire, Fallout's doing so well at the minute it can afford to fall a few rungs down the ladder and go the same way. lol :)
