Wasnt the patch supposed to address these issues?

Its not a huge game breaking bug i know, and i dont want to seem like an ungrateful [censored], but its pretty annoying when your map takes like and hour to load....(Exaggeration)

Or was the patch adressing some other issues with the Pip-Boy?

The quests tab on mine takes about 20 seconds to load most of the time.
