Where does Loyal disapear to after you do the Quest Valore? : Fallout: New Vegas

Im trying to do the small unmarked quest of Old School Ghoul i did Ranger Andy, Sparling, but i cant find Loyal.

he's usually on top of the Lady doing work on it (afaik). You can't reach him.

He usually runs off to Black Mountain. No idea why.

If he's not anywhere in the Boomers region. Try looking near the entrance to Black Rock Cave. I've seen him and a few other Boomers walking towards Nellis from there quite a few times.

omg lol!!! noooooo.. I meant he's standing on the wings welding, and his assistant and his g/f are up there too. You can't jump up to talk to them though.

I can get up there. Ive done it, I just use a work bench with tool boxes on them.

When I did the Old School Ghoul quest I found Loyal in his house.
