In Fallout 3, I think the highest place is the tower in The Pitt.

Then what is the highest place in New Vegas?

On top of one of the mountains, perhaps. Like if you climb the mts. near Jacobstown, you can see the city of NV in the distance, and you're definitely higher than any of those buildings. Nice view, too.

But if you meant the city itself...I'd probably agree, the Lucky38.

Helios One is the highest point from where you can jump from, aside from Hoover.

Anyway there are some mountains you can go up on and get a good view :disguise:

Though the 38 is highest when it comes down to it. Helious and Hoover are kinda highe
