Why does Lily get a Suppressor on her Assault Carbine and we don't???

I would use that gun so much more if it was silent!!!

WME - Weapon Mod Expansion. The suppressor is sweet, btw. Here is the info from the readme file, for AC mods it adds to the game:

Assault Carbine
* Assault Carbine Extended Magazines - Increases ammunition capacity (+6).
+ Assault Carbine Light Bolt - Increases rate of fire.
+ Carbine Suppressor - Silences the weapon.
