So i just completed the storyline though again and went the NCR route this time, but as i watched the ending image/scenes with the different people talking, an Enclave soldier would walk past every three seconds or so, sometimes he would look straight forward and others straight towards the screen, is this supposed to happen? The first time i had completed the game it didn't happen.

As far as I'm aware that's not supposed to happen, no. Sounds like a bug to me.

Those ending slides are actually a location (it's you, in a room, with your controls disabled, looking at a wall on which the slides are projected, listening to a hidden NPC called Ron the Narrator.)

The Enclave soldier sounds like Cannibal Johnson got teleported to that room with you from the Legate's camp, the same follower bug that affected Paladin Hoss and Inititate Pek in Fallout 3.

Sounds rather ominous.

Would have been cooler if it was G-Man though.

I had a feeling that those images may have been in a room in the game once i saw the guy walking past, Its a shame i didnt get pictures/footage, wouldve been nice to show people.

P.s. I think it was Cannibal Johnson, since he had a big minigun (i never saw it, couldve been a Plasma Caster) but he had the walk cycle of when you hold a big gun like that.

What a coincidence. I just finished a game two days ago and same thing happened to me. It is Cannibal Johnson. The contrast of this goofy Enclave soldier walking in front of me during the very serious ending narrative was funny.

I smell another NCR Playthrough just to witness this. Lmao, kinda reminds me of that one vault though.
