Since i started playing Fallout: New Vegas I've been having a lot of fun playing it in a completely different way to previous fallout games, ladies and gents.. i give you Headcrusher mode !

The rules:

• hardcoe - ON
  
• Difficulty - Very Hard
  
• ONLY melee (unless guns are needed to progress the storyline)
  
• No V.A.T.S
  
• Aim for the head !

I've also make a video to showcase headcrusher mode, be warned contains thrash metal (Megadeth - Headcrusher, could any song be more suitable?) and gratuitous violence !:
