ok so im trying to decide between fo3 goty and nv for the pc since i have both for the xbox, i recently swaped to pc gaming ( like it a LOT mainly cas i have an hd monitor instead of a 12inch standard deff tv) anyway i LOVED the game when playing it through, and the only bugs i ever encountered was one where my companions could not be sent to the lucky 38, but would instead go back to where they original where. wasnt a big deal, but i hear everyone hate on this game all the time for bugs so im wondering if maybe it was more buggy on pc or something. is it, should i get it (for mods) if i do are there alot of mods? how about mods to get me a perk every level, and is there a mod manager like there is for oblivion , im not getting this game for a while (well im going to TRY to not get it for a while lol i want to beat oblivion, the witcher (the original im going to try to get into it again) , dead rising, borderlands, morrowind , and WHOPE SOME BUT ON BRINK (i love brink <3)

If I were you, I'd read the patch logs for the Official patches, download them, then check the Nexus for unofficial patches.

Most bugs are now fixed.

The most noticeable one was probably the lever-action rifle glitch that would freeze your character while you were trying to reload, and now you REALLY have to go out of your way and try to get this glitch to pop back up. I've never encountered the glitch you're talking about, personally, and probably never will. Other than that, the game crashes fairly regularly (every 40 minutes, let's say), but anyone who's played with Bethesda's game engine is used to this. Just learn to hit the Quicksave button (F5) every five minutes or so while traveling.

I've never had a single crash or freeze, but I experience game-breaking bugs all the time, sometimes a few at the same time.

F:NV seems very stable since the last patch and there's some excellent mods available but as someone else pointed out, get F3 GOTY edition now and wait for F:NV to come with the DLCs included.

It's not like everyone has the same bugs, some guy said the most noticable is the lever action glitch, others might complain about crashes, personally i never had any problems apart from a launcher bug that's easily fixed and the snowflakes disappearing from my Sierra Madre snowglobe.

EDIT: My point being that we can't tell you what problems you might or might not face.

Can anyone confirm that there'll an edition like this? Or at least 4 DLCs in one box without vanilla New Vegas?

Well it isn't certain but eventually all game makers do it, it's part of the marketing cycle.
