I was doing the quest G.I. Blues at the part where you have to help Pacer with the NCR troops. I read in the walk-through that you had the option to negotiate with the troops, but during the quest they were immediately hostile. I was doing the quest for NCR to get the king to stop hostilities against them. I got the quest done, but I lost the ability to use the emergency radio & can only get my reputation up to Wild Child. Is there any way to fix this & has anybody else got this glitch?

If you waltz up to them with your weapon drawn, they turn hostile.

And you have to do it by finding out they sent an envoy to The Kings but he never made it.

Have you spoken with Ambassador Crocker yet? after you visit Mr. House for the first time your approached with an invitation to see Crocker. Upon doing so your negative reputation with the NCR is cleared.

That also happened to me, I had no choice but to do the mission again. You should have done the same as well. Reputation is serious business.
