Unique Builds Database

Anyone got some cool build ideas? This is a page strictly prohibited to original and unique builds. So that means don't just put builds everyone knows about already like "Sniper" or "Smooth-Talker" or "Melee Build." Make sure no one's really widely accepted it before. Even experimental builds are great. You can be a specific as you want, although the more specific the better. Don't feel obliged to have to put skill point distributions for every level just because someone else did. I'll start with one:

The Perceptive Critter
Strength: 6 (With this and Weapon Handling, you can optimally wield pretty much all energy weapons.)
Perception: 8 (*)
Endurance: 2 (It's a sacrifice you'll have to make; I won't lie. Life Giver can help negate it.)
Charisma: 5 (In case you want Speech/Barter)
Intelligence: 4 (Sacrificed this less than endurance since you want more skill points)
Agility: 6 (Higher AP + if you want guns, tweak this with INT)
Luck: 9 (For critical hits and some gambling fun)

*The idea of this build is that you ++ with all the skills using perception, as well as some barter and speech. Perception is the only SPECIAL stat that raises 3 individual skills, and that's what you want to pursue: Energy Weapons, Explosives, and Lockpick.

Traits: Four Eyes, another one that suits you (optional)
By using Four Eyes and wearing a PER +1 hat, you can get your perception to 10 without using as many SPECIAL points. Anyway, here are the skills...

Barter: **
Energy Weapons: 100
Explosives: Very high if not 100 (at least 75)
Guns: **
Lockpick: 100
Medicine: ***
Melee Weapons: low/minimum
Repair: low/minimum
Science: Preferably high
Sneak: low/minimum
Speech: **
Survival: ***
Unarmed: low/minimum

**: You'll need to shuffle some points around these three stats to see if you want better Barter and Speech or want to add to guns as well to get perks such as Concentrated Fire or simply want to be competent with all ranged weapons.
***: Make one of them at least moderate, so you can heal well with either food or medicine.

Recommended Perks (I only list a few here, the rest is for you to decide):
Demolition Expert (go as many ranks as you please, but this is a must if you are to use explosives)
Miss Fortune/Mister Sandman (hey, you're supposed to have an emphasis on luck, right? Pick one or both)
Plasma Spaz (plasma-based people need this, obviously)
Hit the Deck (great for not blowing yourself up in tight quarters)
Life Giver (makes up for your low endurance)
Meltdown (same description as Plasma Spaz)
Weapon Handling (with this and 6 strength, you can carry everything that's energy)
Laser Commander (same description as Plasma Spaz)

Complementing/Maybe-you'll-want-these-too perks:
Educated (to boost your low stat gain)
Vigilant Recycler (only if you can get your science that high)
Pyromaniac (if you're going to use fire as your explosive)
Math Wrath (if you've got the science, it complements plasma spaz really well)
Finesse (you're a critter)
Better Criticals (same description as Finesse)
Fast Metabolism (you might want this to either compliment or help out your high or low medicine, respectively)

I understand this is kind of an overload so you'll definitely make some choices. Bottom line is this: You're a melt-everything, blow-up-everything, pick-all-locks, hack-most-computers, win-at-casinos, crit-a-lot, crit-for-high-damage, and do-everything-else-you-need-to-do-well-enough-to-survive person. Just remember you only need your base explosives, energy weps, and lockpick at 94 because they will be a hundred in-game anyway due to your four eyes and hat.
