Here's my Eli update.

Eli has just hit level 9 and is wandering the Repconn test site helping the followers make it on their great Journey. He just reached 50 repair and made about 15 weapon repair kits and has a fully repaired lever action shotgun, That Gun, and Liberator. He's wearing Re-Leather Armor until he can get his hands on the bounty hunter duster.

Stats now are:

STR 6
PER 5 (+1 Intense training, planning on getting better criticals so will need 6 perception in the end)
END 7
CHA 3
INT 6 (+1 from implant)
AGL 7
LCK 8

Perks are:
Intense Training +1 Percep, Bloody Mess, Educated, Shotgun Surgeon, Lord of Death

Now, I have a fully upgraded 10mm Pistol and SMG (I will not use the SMG to keep with the aesthetic of being Eli) and I noticed that the DMG per hit is close between the 10mm pistol and That Gun, with the 10mm being more accurate with the laser sight. Is it worth continuing to use the 10mm or trade up with That Gun until I go get my .45 1911 from Honest Hearts?
