Except for the Quebecois release I'm pretty sure every edition of FO3 is monolingual - I'm going to guess exchanging that copy is no longer an option, perhaps you can sell it on EBay and get enough for an English copy.

Hey, am Québécois!
I think we are pretty lucky for the language choice.

But I play the in english, because I want all the benefits that goes with that (more voices, and better dialogues...(I bet it's translated in France...so there's no cue words that sounds good...)).

(but I did pay a FREAKING 65$ (with tax) for it at Future Shop! ... at least my copy is playable.)

Did you buy the original Fo3?? If you did then just sell it to a friend and get the Game of the Year edition. It has $50 worth of content.
