The PS3 version of Fallout 3 is fully patched, has the dlc, and does support trophies. Are you sure you are running the latest firmware for your ps3?

However, the PS3 version has some major issues which no patch has fixed, and I doubt they'll ever be fixed.

2. The GOTY edition have all the patches, enhancements..etc. And this patch is only for GOTY edition.

Ok, so the Russian GOTY has a patch, but the regular version doesn't? I can't speak for the Russian version, as it sounds like it was ported over. This means that it's 1C's duty to patch it, not Bethesda's. But I really don't know. I haven't even heard of this company until now.
