I already disarmed the bomb in Megaton.How can I get the bobble in Simm's house.It seems he's never home so the door is never unlocked.

use a stealthboy, and unlock the door. Same glitch happens with me. Also happens to me in rivet city the market place doors don't unlock all the time even when its like noon. If you don't have the proper lockpick skill, and don't care about cheating a lil. Just click on the door in the console and type unlock then hit enter

With a little practice you can use a barrel to jump on to his roof - there's a hatch up there which is always unlocked.

Or just keep checking. Sooner or later someone will be at home, it's just a matter of timing. Just make a point of going past the place every time you come back into Megaton. I usually stop by on the way to Walter when I have some Spare Parts to sell him.

you have to drag them theres a bunch near moiras store or behind the water plant ... been a while since i explored the place

before i found out you you could hold onto stuff (via telekentetic powers things float half a meter infront of you) it was very difficult to kick the barrles where i wanted them

1. Steal Lucas Simms key

2. Pick the lock at his house

3. Disarm the bomb and his door will be unlocked at 7pm every night.

4. kill everyone in megaton and loot all their houses, including lucas simms

That is so cool. I've always just waited 'til my lockpick skill was high enough.

I waited for hours and the house was never unlocked so I just used a stealthboy and went in and got it.

just pickpocket simms, make a save before you do it and just keep trying until you get the key.
