Do magazines provide a permanant benefit like in Fallout 3 or are they temporary? It doesn't mention them at all in the games Help and the magazines effects don't stack if you use multiple of the same one which is why I'm asking..

Magazines provide a large temporary boost +10(+20 with comprehension) and are useful for passing skill checks be they barter, speech, science, lockpick etc. Skill books provide a permanent boost +3(+4 with comprehension).
