hmm i guess the thing you own do end up owning you...

I didn't get owned by anything. I said it wouldn't be out last night and I was right. It was released this morning.

Can anybody confirm if the problems the patch caused have been fixed or not? I wanna download it and try out the changes to the weapons and such but I don't want to if its going to cause technical problems.

Still crashing about every 3 hours, so nothing new there. The loading times have shortened, but Gibson's Shack is still a problem area (freeze on loading screen about 50/50). I am very much liking the weapon tweaks though.

Yes, the problems introduced by the patch are fixed.

Crashing every 3 hours of continued use? May well be your 360 overheating. Both Fallout games are VERY CPU & YOU intensive. I have both on my gaming rig, watercooled with SLI and it heats up more with these games than any other I play, including all Crisis games. Just a thought. I haven't updated, yet, is there any compelling reason I should NOT? Thanks for all the input and support, everyone. ;-)

CPU & GPU not 'you' sorry for the Android typo.

The new patch that "fixes" the other patch has really messed up my game. It's frozen 3 times in the past 20 minutes and now it won't even load. The other one had no negative effects for me. This blows.

EDIT: Tried again and it started working again... Don't know what happened then.

Patch is finally up here at 5 AM EST, confirmed F:NV 360 ver still has the stupid raising the arms bug when using two handed weapons and ADS while standing and or crouched while sneaking.

That sure is annoying. It even seems like it is happening more often since the patch and HH DLC. I've had to start using pistols a lot more, because that bug isn't as annoying with a one handed weapon.
