Propably because you don't own any of the rooms you can use, casino suites are yours to use for the time being, Novac room is rented for the time being.

Lucky 38 suite does allow extra features to be purchased, but a wild west theme would seriously clash with the rest of the place :hehe:

I would pick Vault theme, rooms in Vault 21 look great!

It's so sad that you cannot spend your money on this, that Lucky 38 looks very dreary, half the lights don't even work and it's all dusty and crummy. It would be nice if the power of your money would reflect the state of the suite.

Find a house that fits your style. Safehouses, Harpers Shack, Prospector Camps, theres enough variety to please anyones pallet
