1. I launched the game. I want to play the game, with my bonuses for buying the Limited Edition from Steam. Why are you shoving this web site down my throat? I clicked the Redeem Code button, not the Join Community button. When I launch the game, I expect to stay in the game. Why can't I redeem my code from inside the Multiplayer menu? Especially as this is not an intuitive place to go at all- what connection has a community site got with redeeming my Limited Edition code? I had to start searching online as to where to stick it in. I've had to put in my primary CD-Key four times now- every time I launch the game and click Multiplayer.

2. This web-site is not very user-friendly. If I sign in, I expect to stay on the page I'm on, and when I try to sign in with my details that I know are accurate, I expect to be signed on, not only after the fifth time.

Next time, just use Steam. It works, and it's not a hassle for the users, neither of which can be said about this system.

I finally redeemed my Limited Edition code. But I still have to enter my primary CD-Key again to enter the Multiplayer menu. Sweet job. And I find a server that isn't full - and my serial code is in use. I only just entered it a minute ago, and it's very definitely mine.

read the posts here on the forum, everyone has gone through that and feels the same

Though having said all that, i just finished the singleplayer and it was very good! Went back into the multiplayer after to see if i could actually play online (which was the whole reason for buying the game) and guess what?... Nope! not, not yet, not agaon, not tomorrow most likely...

Anyways, if you havent already, check out the single player... its very good and gives me high hopes for the multiplayer when they patch it up so you can stay connected for longer than a minute before getting completely disconnected and having to relog and enter in the game key (again)
