Player.placeatme issues

Can the player.placeatme command cause problems when you overuse it, like it did in Oblivion. Just wondering. Thanks in advance.

When paired with Disable and MarkForDelete, there should be no problems from the PlaceAtMe command.
Oblivion lacked the MarkForDelete command which removves the instance from the game.

Keeping tabs on created instances would remain a headache, but can be handled from dialog or scripts.
