Ive had this issue since the begining, I did some trial by error. Try joining a lobby and in the lobby purchase your weapons and such, it seems to save permenantly that way. *You have to be in the lobby though!*

Apparently theres some kind of issue uploading information from your computer to where the profile details are saved if you are outside of the lobbies. Join a server and get it fixed

Yeah thats great, but I've spent a **** load of points customizing my weapons, everything is gone now! Im so **** pissed off right now, this is totally **** ridiculous! They better give me those points back sooner or later!
