The protagonist had lost his nuts

Alcatraz apparently got sent out with a squad as a normal marine and then his whole squad was completly obliterated and he was severly injured. Then a dying man gives Alcatraz a nanosuit 2.0 and it is the only thing that will keep Alcatraz alive( almost like darth vader). The suit apparently has some alien tech that fuses to your body so C.E.L.L dont even see you as a human anymore. So to them your just another target.
