Dear Cryteam,

a lot of things around the bugs in SP and the mess you called a MP are discussed on these board. Missing things like Anti-Cheat, DX-"Better than a 5 year old version", inexistent serveradmin-tool and an adequate adaption to the PC Platform too.

YOU know that a not finished product was going to get sold to us customers. Don’t you think we deserve some answers about questions like:

- Who is responsible for this situation?
- What will be when patched?
- Do we get any refund or extras?
- When will the missing parts be delivered?
- What are the lessons learned?
- What are the consequences?
- Why no crytek leader like a Yerli-Brother say anything to the gamers that pre-ordered in trust and feel now betrayed?


I really feel with the dev’s, as the peeps with the least fault but currently the most pressure and least gratitude
