Crysis Retail + Steam

Wondering if there has been any news on the retail version of Crysis 2 to register on steam? I know some people are against steam and some love it, I am one of those that love it. I like how all my friends have it and its easy to use and how it manages your games etc. Is there any word on the retail working, I like to have my box art and DVD when purchasing my games instead of always digital downloading but like the idea of getting my bundle and such to work with steam. For those who buy the limited or Nano edition it would be a shame to me to not support steam out of box...

No. I've yet to see higher end EA games available through Steam activation. However, that's mostly because EA has its own online activation system that makes your game available through the EADM. I've done this a couple of times myself, actually. Works brilliant. As for Steam in-game overlay, you can just add the game as a shortcut on Steam and by doing that, Steam in-game overlay will be available for that game.

Thanks
